SHIPPING & RETURNS
Items ordered and paid for will ship after 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in description of product. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and certain country fees. Cuerpa has no control over these charges and they are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after shipment is fulfilled.
If you have any problem with your order, please contact us. Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handcrafted and 100% natural so they might have slight variations and separations of ingredients.
Damages: if you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will happily replace any damaged items reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
REFUND + EXCHANGE
During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the store-credit/refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resealable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and send the product back to us within 10 days of reaching out, and we will assist you promptly.
For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
Cuerpa is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Cuerpa.
If your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Due to our return policy, we ask that you thoroughly read our list of ingredients before purchasing to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the natural ingredients we use, as we do not accept returns on open products due to allergies.
CUERPA.COM RETURN PROCEDURE AND DELAYS
If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase please follow the procedure below:
1. Simply email email@example.com and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product.
Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2. Package your return item in CUERPA packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
3. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.
It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US.
